Gibril's Humanitarian Award Celebration

I am thrilled to announce that I have been honored with a prestigious humanitarian award, recognizing individuals who are making a significant impact on our world. Out of over 260 nominees, I am deeply honored to have been chosen as a recipient, and I want to share with you that this recognition goes beyond the work I am doing in Sierra Leone. It is a testament to a lifelong commitment to building connections, advocating for equity, and championing positive change for all. The award committee was moved by qualities that align with their criteria of leadership, generosity, patriotism, and unwavering determination. These values resonate deeply with me, and I humbly accept this award on behalf of all those who have joined me on this incredible journey. As a part of winning this award, Gorilla, a nationally renowned creative arts studio, has been contracted to capture this event. They will be capturing the essence of our celebration through photos and videos, and they may also conduct brief interviews with some of the attendees. The video they are creating to document my journey will be shared with an extensive audience, reaching thousands of people when it's released in late 2023. This event is designed to be family-friendly, so please feel free to bring your children if you have them. We want everyone to enjoy this special occasion together. Rest assured, we'll have a delightful spread of food and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments to keep everyone satisfied. Casual dress is encouraged.  To help us make the necessary arrangements, we kindly request that you RSVP by the end of the day on Monday, September 18th.
